The objective of this project was to redevelop the circa 1929 shopping precinct arcade over 40 weeks with trading continuing during the process.

The project required new ambulant access amenities, an arcade entrance, herringbone tiled flooring and new lighting throughout. Installation of powder coated, electronic controlled security roller grills and high open ceilings with natural light above the arcade alfresco dining areas are a feature of this 1000m2+ remodeling by architects Dominic Finlay Jones.

Construction included demolition of asbestos and masonry shop fronts, installation of new flooring, red iron bark ship lapping and glazed powder coated shop fronts.
The project required new ambulant access amenities, an arcade entrance, herringbone tiled flooring and new lighting throughout. Installation of powder coated, electronic controlled security roller grills and high open ceilings with natural light above the arcade alfresco dining areas are a feature of this 1000m2+ remodeling by architects Dominic Finlay Jones.
