Stage 2 comprises of a seven-level tower arranged over a basement carpark and gym connected to the existing basement.
Expanded community facilities to the ground floor have been provided with a large community room able to be sub-divided into three smaller spaces. A new café and terrace overlooking a new hydrotherapy pool is another added feature to the new stage.
The upper levels are arranged in two parts of three levels each with the lower three levels accommodating 6 x 2 bedroom apartments, then stepping back with landscaped terraces to accommodate 3 x 3 bedroom apartments.
